What We Check

Our expert technicians have a formulaic and straightforward approach to tune ups. Prior to doing anything, we carry out a number of checks and inspections on your air conditioning and parts.  We follow a two part action plan when showing up at your home. The first step is inspection, the second is action. A lot of what we do has to do with checking and measurements. This includes checking and calibrating the thermostat, measuring freon pressure, and checking relays, contactor points, electrical connections, and heating functions, as well as the evaporator and condenser coils. These checks ensure that we know your system inside and out.

What We Do

After finishing the initial inspection stage, we go on to the action phase of our tune up routine. As a matter of routine, our technicians will clean out your air conditioning system’s filters, the drain lines, and the drain pan. We then install new algae tablets. After all this, we recheck power consumption rates and reinspect the condition of your air duct system. Fan motors will also need routine lubrication to make sure the whole thing is capable of running without breaking down. Some parts here and there may need to be tuned up, repaired, or replaced.
